| General Description: Trusted Partners is an innovative mentoring program for families and individuals in homeless prevention programs in Indianapolis, Indiana. Started in 2003 to support the Indianapolis Blueprint to End Homelessness, Trusted Partners has supported over 50 families and individuals in their efforts to remain housed and move forward with their lives, with a success rate of 70% remaining housed while in the program.
