Mission The Central Indiana Dance Ensemble is committed to providing cultural and educational enrichment to the Central Indiana Community. The Central Indiana Dance Ensemble will present dance performances and provide a vehicle for children to be trained in dance principles and given the opportunity to perform and train in dance at a regional level with other pre-professional, professional dancers, and teachers.

Heritage Place of Indianapolis, Inc.   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Heritage Place provides offers 6 programs for older adults. 1) CAREGIVER SUPPORT SERVICES - We offer private consultations, consumer materials, referrals and general information for caregivers of older adults. 2) CARE MANAGEMENT - Trained staff assess the needs of older adults and provide case management and referrals. 3) FRIENDLY VISITING - Trained volunteers and staff visit homebound elderly to support their well-being. 4) HOME & YARD WORK - We provide light house cleaning and seasonal yard work services. 5) SENIOR CENTER - Open Monday through Friday, we offer a wide variety of interesting classes, educational programs, health services and social events. 6) TRANSPORTATION - Through volunteers and staff, we offer limited transportation to medical appointments, one-day trips, grocery shopping and Senior Center classes.

Northminster Presbyterian Church   City: Indianapolis   General Description: Northminster is a Presbyterian (USA) congregation that reaches out in Christ's love to the Broad Ripple Community. As a reformed congregation, we recognize that Christian faith needs to be articulated and confessed. We look for insights on how to live our lives from the Scriptures and search for ways of understanding and proclaiming the Christian faith in a meaningful and compelling way that speaks to contemporary people in various cultures. This then leads us to our vision of who God is calling this body of Christ that we call Northminster to be.
 
Pike Performing Arts Center   City: Indianapolis   General Description: The Pike Performing Arts Center (PPAC), located in northwest Indianapolis, first opened its doors in 1996. This impressive facility houses a nearly 1500-seat Auditorium and a 150-seat Studio Theatre, complemented with state-of-the-art equipment. Being both an educational and community focused venue, we are home to the outstanding Pike High School Performing Arts Department, as well as being available for use by outside organizations. The Box Office is looking for several people who would like to assist in ticket sales during the week-day. Some computer literacy would be helpful and good telephone skills are a must. Volunteers can work for as little as 2 hrs-1 day per week or more time can be scheduled. 10am - 4pm monday through friday. Each volunteer is eligible to receive 2 free tickets per show for any PPAC sponsored presentation during the year.
