| General Description: Staff and instructors of the Art Center's Outreach programs strive to stimulate and strengthen the role of the arts in underserved communities throughout the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Efforts are targeted at reaching youth living in low income areas with little to no access to the arts. Outreach programming brings high quality art education and artistic experiences to community centers and organizations, churches and schools in various locations.
